Is anyone using a project management or content management software that they love? In particular, is anyone using Percolate? We are researching some Project Management solutions but would love to hear from this community about your experiences while we are evaluating.

With so many tools out there, it really just depends on what your specific needs are. We've used an array of tools, ranging from the simple (Trello - Trello ) to the more robust (RoboHead - http://www.robohead.net/), and each has its pros and cons.

Hi Sydney,

I'd like to throw my company into the ring. Skyword is a content marketing SaaS company and we create original content for our clients in the form of written content, videos, infographics, etc. The platform has an editorial calendar, DAM, and management/workflow tools. Happy to discuss more with you or connect you to someone on the team who can. We also have an integration with Marketo.

I already saw it mentioned by Rachel Egan, but I'll put another recommendation in for Kapost. Our rapidly growing demand gen team uses it, and as the marketing ops person, I love it! It offers me a single point of reference for all of the campaigns that need to be built, reviewed, and launched. Our team did need some ramping time, but Kapost offered excellent training.

I like how you did it there, but like you said in that thread, a poll would be interesting to see!

If it doesn't look cool, you're probably doing it wrong.

We use Wrike and are switching to Kapost 🙂

Should we create a list for the whole Marketing Nation Community?

What is the type of business and what are your requirements?

I really enjoy using Liquid Planner. It is extremely flexible and robust and has a bit a learning curve (like Marketo ) but can achieve a lot of interesting results in terms of predictive scheduling and timeline management.

If your requirements are simpler then it may be overkill.

I would recommend Podio.
