Progression status campaigns for engagement programs

Do I need to create campaigns to update progressions status for engagement programs? How and where would I define success of an engagement program?

Hi, I checked with marketo on this issue. You don't need to create separate progression status campaigns for engagement programs. Instead, just set a success campaign for reporting and that is it.

Hey Birute,

You control these statuses like the other Channels, in the Tags portion of the Admin section. There are two statuses out of the box: Member and Engaged. But like the others, you can customize how you see fit. And yes, you can either build campaigns to watch the Engagement Program or you can put those flow steps in the campaigns you reference. Either way should work.
