Does the Program Success Analysis report in RCE include leads and contacts when creating a report? As there is nothing to specify selecting leads and/or contacts in the fields, I was wondering if (because it's a Marketo report) everything is lumped under leads and I am getting all the data I need, or is there a way to separate out the two types of records in this (or another report)?

Enable the 'SFDC Type' field (I'm assuming that's what it's called for SFDC users) under "Custom Field Sync" in Admin - which will tell you if the lead in Marketo is a LEAD or CONTACT.
Both leads and contacts are simply considered leads in Marketo and, by extension, RCE. So yes, your report should include Marketo leads that are leads and contacts in your CRM
