I ran a email program in August that contained 5 emails and was sent to the same list. I would like to see which emails were opened by specific members of the list. For example: If Mike opened email 1, 4, and 5, I would like to see that in one report.
I am trying to avoid having to export multiple lists and manually search for this information. Is there a way to run a report in Marketo to view that information?
Thanks!
You'll need RCE
I have a similar question
Jim- what if we did not set up RCE? Are we still able to pull this report. If so, can you give a little more detail
Unfortunately, standard Marketo reports is not lead centric in terms of sorting/filtering. Basically what this means is that you can pull aggregate counts for assets (email = asset). So what you will see is a report that lists 5 emails that tells you how many leads were sent/delivered/opened/clicked/etc. those emails.
In RCE, you can you filter this by adding rows/columns such as email address/first name/last name (however your view is setup) in order to see which records actually were sent/delivered/opened/clicked/etc. those emails.
If you want to do this in Marketo w/o RCE, you're going to want to create multiple smart lists. I would recommend that you create a smart list for each email and each activity type.
