Problems with automatic emails

Attempting top ask this again...

Scenario: Once lead fills out a form send them a follow up email.

Problem:  Marketo si resending the first email.  Here is the logic in the smart campaign:

Smart List:

Fills out X form on Y page - I verifefied these are accurate

Flow:

Change program status to converted

Add to list

Send next email (which I verified is correct).

The second email does come froma different program, but that shouldn't effect this should it?  I use tokens to populate the email content and don't want to clone it.

Re: Problems with automatic emails

thanks for feedback Jeff and Sandy.  I figure out what happened.  I was trying to pull in an email from another program, however my tokens are only local.  So the local tokkens overwrite the tokkens from the non-local campaign, so the email appeared as if it was the same email.  Make sense?

Re: Problems with automatic emails

I trigger mine a little different, and it works fine.  When the prospect completes the form, thy see a Thank YOu page telling them that an email has been sent with the download link.  I have a seperate campaign that is:

Smartlist -- (trigger) Fills out form
Form name is (insert name e.g. webinar download form)

Flow -- Send Email (which I named "response email with download link")  I also have a "Change Score".

Schedule -- each can flow through every time

Re: Problems with automatic emails

Hey Darren,

There could be a number of things at work here. How are you referencing the email from the other Program?

Can you provide a screenshot of your flow steps?
