Problem Merging Leads
We've been having problem merging leads since this morning. We keep on getting a 415 error. (See screen capture below)
Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Looks like this is related to the Salesforce API.
Error 415: The entity in the request is in a format that’s not supported by the specified method.
I would try merging the leads within Salesforce and see if you get more information or if it succeeds.

Nope, it's not just you. We've noticed it in Support as well and have been able to duplicate it in our installations as well. It's been reported to engineering, but we don't have a fix just yet.
