Hi All,

I have a quick question about using the Poll functionality in Marketo. We are sending out an email to our customer base which will link to a 2 question survey. I’m not sure if using a poll is the right approach, or if creating the fields and a custom form on a landing page is the way to go. It should look something like this:
 
On a scale of zero to 10, how likely is it that you would recommend AppNeta to a friend or colleague?
 
What is the primary reason for the score you gave us? (Text box, enable long comments)
 
We want to be able to correlate the responses to the actual contact/account record, and this should not be shared through any form of social media as it is a private customer survey.
 
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think you'd be best suited for to use a form and custom fields. Polls are really geared for a single multiple choice question and social sharing of answers.
