Phone Number Validation

We want to verify the phone number field and prevent the fake phone number from submitting the form. I saw Marketo has a function "Mask Input",  there is only one Mask we can set. However,  our prospects from all around the word, there are different phone number formats. How can we achieve this?  

And if we can achieve this, in only 1 field, for example:
