Just wondering if any of you have run into situations where folks who are not in a Smart List receive an email? We have a situation where a person who was not in our database, and not in the send Smart List, received an email and subsequently unsubscribed/reported an issue.
My gut feeling says maybe there is an address we are sending to that has a forwarding rule? But, I thought I'd pick y'alls brain to see if you had any other theories for how that could have occurred? I'll be interested to get some feedback 🙂

Either that or they were sent an Alert.
If in fact they were doing the forward on their side, they haven't solved the problem by unsubscribing. They'll just do the same thing again with the next incoming email.
