Hi - any idea why quite some leads have been 'pending' in my email report for over 24 hours? I've not seen leads stuck in this stage for so long before.

Do you have the 250ok app? This can help you track the average length of time it takes to deliver emails based on different audiences so you'll know what to expect from your domain. Once you have some benchmarks established it will be easier to determine if this is a red flag or if some of your target audiences are just slower to receive.
You could make a smart list with "was sent email" and "not delivered email" and "not email bounced" and "not email bounced soft" to see who is still pending and compare.
