No, I don't think we actually got any type of concrete explanation for the corruption - and we didn't keep pursuing that one issue because we found work-arounds (and had bigger issues to deal with). There are seemingly a lot of "quirks" that we've come across when working in Marketo. I just posted another today. I always feel like we're alone too, because each time we submit a case, it seems the answer we get from our rep is "we've never heard of that issue before" or "none of our other clients have reported that." LOL But they have worked pretty hard at resolving what they can, and admittedly, it's likely some of the issues we have are due to us not knowing certain HTML coding or functions. But yes, the pdf corruption was a head-scratcher all around.
