Outlook Token not accepting Russian Language

Hi,

I am currently building a Russian campaign and I am using a "Save the Date" token.
When I translate the contents of this token to Russian and test the campaign, all the text appear as question marks.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi,

No the token is not in the subject line.
It is placed in the body of the email.

I send the email to myself and select save the date (the token) and successfully save it to my outlook. It is when I go back in to view the email that it is all question marks.

Is the token placed on the subject line? If so it is likely to cause trouble.

Long story short: that is a standard not widely adopted. The transporting servers between Marketo and the recipient may not fully support UTF-8.
