We've just moved into Marketo and am wondering what the best way to track original lead source. In the past the lead source field has been overwritten but I'd like to track original lead source or at least start looking at setting up attribution models.
Does anyone have any good recommendations? I was thinking of setting up a customer field in SFDC called "original lead source" and then writing to the field in SFDC only if it's blank.
