Sure, select Company Name/Company Domain CONTAINS/IS "company"

Flow: Change Data Value Unsubscribed = TRUE

Michael, yes, you can do this with a Marketo smart campaign.

Just make sure you copy the SFDC Account name exactly into the Marketo flow step, as these should be unique.
