Friday Question #2 - possibly related to my first question about RCM & Success Path Analyzer.
When searching for Opportunities in the Opportunity Influence Analyzer (I'm setting up a few reports to show leadership as examples of how helpful this report can be in showing Marketing influence on Closed/Won Opps), it appears that there are Opportunities missing in the list after selecting an Account to review (the time frame is "All Time").
I'm using MS Dynamics alongside the report to check I'm pulling the right information and here are the issues I'm noticing:
I'm not sure if this is related to the RCM/Success Path Analyzer because this report doesn't connect to (or ask for) the model in order to run it and I've popped into this report before to get a visual on it (but never done any digging until now).
If there's any other information I can provide to get some insights on this, I'm happy to do so; otherwise, would love anyone's suggestions on what might be up so that I can adjust/accommodate and get this in front of leadership (I want to demonstrate Marketo's usefulness in reporting for marketing influence on deals as MS Dynamics doesn't do it well).
