Operational Email Issues

Hi,

I am trying to send an operation email but Marketo is tellign me that 33 contacts are blocked.  They are not blacklisted, marketing suspended emails, email suspended, email invalid or emailed bounced.  They are strictly unsubscribed.

How do I fix this so that these contacts will receive the email?

Hi Katrina,
Even though it shows they will be blocked from mailings in the campaign, unsubscribed leads will still receive operational emails. Have no fear!

if it's possible to change this in future releases so it doesn't show them as being blocked because this is a little confusing!

Hey Will,

We recently conducted a blast that was sending an operational email and had over 100 records not get sent the email because they are unsubscribed. Suspended, invalid, and black listed are all false. Any ideas what happened there?
