I hope I can explain this so we can figure out a solution. WE have the outlook add in and recently we have been told that those emails are being marked as potential spam. In addition we have three fields in SF that the alerts are sent for. Rep1, rep2 and rep3. When Rep1 sends a sales insight email rep2 and rep3 will also get the alert that the person has clicked in the email. Does anyone know why this may be happening. We do not have the program set up this way. The program is set up trigger-clicks link in sales email, subject is any, filter if rep1 is XXX then they will get the alert.
Any help for either quesiton would be appreciated.
