Open text field on Marketo form - anyone know?

Hello,

I am creating a form with the fields, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, Phone, and Company. I also need an open text field, for example,  “Questions/Comments”. See below sample. Does anyone know how to create this in a Marketo form?

Hi Niti,

You simply need to have use a field which Marketo database type is "text area". Une the default "Notes" field or any comment field sync'ed from the CRM.
