We have a nurture program in progress. We have a field in salesforce that stipulates who will be entered into the nurture program.
When we started the nurture program, we created a campaign to add all leads with the sfdc field titled "Nurture Campaign" entered as "long-term nurture" to go into the first stream. It worked perfectly.
We also created a campaign to add people on the fly (a triggered campaign) when that data value was changed so that they would be entered into the nurture program's first stream.
It is set up, worked for a week, and now it does not.
My settings:
Smart List:
Data value changes - Attribute: Nurture Campaign
New Value: is; long-term nurture
Flow:
Add to engagement program: Long term nurture
Stream: Long term
any ideas?
I have created leads and changed the nurture campaign field to "long-term nurture" and they are not being added to the stream or engagement program
Hi Jake - Really hard to answer without seeing. But, this is where I would look first:
1. If the value is a picklist, has the value been changed? Is there maybe a blank space that was not there before (it happened to me once and it was really hard to find)
2. Is your schedule set to letting people through only once?
3. Do you see the data value change in the activity log of the record?
