On24 API Call Error. What does it mean?

Hello folks,

I'm trying to setup On24 through Launchpoint and have run into this error when I try to connect:

On24 API call error; ERROR -> HTTP Code = '500'

What does it mean and what can I do to solve it?

This turned out to be an issue on the On24 side. Speak to your rep if you are experiencing such an issue.
