Off-Site Sales Team Collateral Management

Hi all!

We have a bunch of off-site sales reps who need printed collateral delivered pretty quickly.  This has started to eat up a lot of my time as I struggle with the postage machine or have to run to the post office instead if the package weighs too much.

So I'm trying to find vendors where the sales team can just order printed collateral and have it shipped to them without having to always go through me.  Do you have any recommendations?

I love FedEx Office for this. Sales team members can upload collateral online and have it shipped to any location or pick it up from a FedEx location that is near them. In the past there has also been a library of recent or frequently used collateral if you had a coroporate account.

We use a 3rd party fulfillment company here at Marketo called MarketSync. This allows us to send personalized thank you's, gifts and collateral to anyone in our Salesforce database (it syncs well with SFDC). So we will purchase swag or printed material in bulk and send it directly to MarketSync. Then the sales reps themselves can create personalized shipments to their prospects or customers, which MarketSync packages up nicely with branded wrapping and then sends out via FedEx. I believe they charge per user, so you can either help create and manage these shipments on behalf of the sales org, or get licenses for each sales rep so it's self-serving. Hope this helps!

We do something similar with a third party vendor, then provide our sales teams with a web ordering front end to order what they need. Ours does not connect to our CRM, which would be nice.
