Hello,

I have a engagement program with two streams. I am asking this question for more peace of mind. I have it setup as the following: If a member clicks a link in one of the emails from stream #1, they will be moved to stream #2.

Question: Both streams have mirrored content (Same 12 emails). I was told that if a lead moves into the second stream, they will not receive the same email they already clicked in stream #1. Basically, Marketo is smart enough not to send the same email. I wanted to confirm that this is true, because I am manually adding new members into my second stream, based on where they are in our sales cycle ... hence I don't want the former members to be affected by this.

This is true.  We use the same approach for any lead that gets pulled into another stream - primarily if they haven't received all of the content in the initial stream and want them to continue to receive that content, along with the later stage content.
