Nurture Campaign

Hi All,

I set up a nurture campaign but I missed a step when setting the trigger and it did not move my opened members into the nurture. I fixed that problem and resent the email. However it only pulled the members that opened on this time around. Is there a way to pul the members from the first time into the nurture without having to start over?

Re: Nurture Campaign

You can create a smart campaign with the Opened Email filter for the specific email and date range you need and a Request Campaign flow action to put them in the nurture smart campaign.

You'll also need to add a Campaign is Requested trigger to your nurture smart campaign - at least until the leads have been added to it.

Re: Nurture Campaign

Hi Elliot,

Thank you for your reply. It helps a lot! I already have a smart campaign set up for "opened email" would I set up another? and would this be in the nurture campaign or the original campaign? It seems when I add the request campaign to the flow it will not allow me to select the nurture campaign

Thank you,

Re: Nurture Campaign

You can use your existing Opened Email smart campaign  that adds leads to your nurture campaign. You will need to add the Campaign is Requested trigger to it, so that you can run it on the list of leads you want to add to it.  Then you would create a smart list with the Opened Email filter and specify the data to select the leads that haven't yet been added to the nurture campaign.  Then select all the leads in the list, chose Lead Actions | Special | Request Campaign, enter the name of your Opened Email smart campaign and click Run Now.
