I am creating a nurture campaign that will have leads coming in through different sources (content syndication, Google Adwords, social etc). This is what I’m trying to do; Create 1 landing page with form leading to a white paper. Then I would like to track each submit separately by source. Instead of creating multiple pages and multiple forms, I'd like to keep this clean and keep it to 1 landing page and 1 form (and maybe separate the sources by utm codes). Is this possible? Thoughts?

This is definitely possible. You can add hidden fields to the form to capture the utm parameters:
Set a Hidden Form Field Value - Marketo Docs - Product Docs
Then your campaigns in Marketo can use choices based on that field's value to route your leads to different programs.
