Notify my service on Marketo email unsubscribe event

Hi,

I'm trying to synchronize unsubscribed users between Marketo DB and my own service, that fills Marketo lead DB. Is it possible to automatically notify my service (for example using a webhook) that some user has unsubscribed from Marketo emails?

I see that it is possible to add a Marketo webhook to smart campaigns but I'm not sure this is the correct way.

Yes, you want to define a webhook (in Admin) and then call it from a trigger campaign.
