Hi,
I've been sending out email samples, and I haven't been able to receive any.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
If you have any suggestions or solutions to this, I'd love some feedback
Thanks.
I had this happen when first implementing Marketo. Our problem was an over zealous security team that was blocking the sending IP addresses. When we whitelisted the marketo addresses everything worked.
This is the response from my deliverability consultant.
Domain: Marketo.com
Operational email IPs:
199.15.215.25
199.15.215.26
199.15.215.83
199.15.215.84
199.15.215.85
199.15.215.86
103.237.104.15
103.237.104.16
94.236.119.7
94.236.119.6
199.15.213.62
199.15.213.63
199.15.213.66
The operational emails are important as they are the IPs through which we will deploy mail from Marketo regarding your subscription to you. Additionally, whitelisting the domain, Marketo.com, will ensure you receive your email communications from Beth and I and all the supporting cast at Marketo.
Did you remember to include a subject line? You might also need to whitelist Marketo's IP range on your corporate servers. Some companies blacklist all emails that are sent from Marketo (even with properly configured DKIM/SPF records).
BTW, you have two other duplicate posts here in the community - you might want to delete those.
Hi Charlie Zhang
Did you try to send the real Marketo email to your company address instead of sample email?
You can know it's SPF issue or not from bounce activity log easily.
What email platform are you using? Check all of your inbox folders including junk and spam (If this is the case, make sure your subject line avoids spam triggers). If you are using Gmail, they might be going to your Promotions folder.
