Not able to "grab" an image within Marketo email editor to move or re-size it.

I use Chrome Browser and not able to "grab" an image within the Marketo email editor to move or re-size it.
Any advice?

My mistake!  I misread the question.  I thought you were trying to pull an image from an email in your inbox!  I agree with Murtza

Click on the image. Then click the photo icon in the email editor.  Click the appearance tab and then add the dimensions that are needed.
