Non Marketo generated reports

Is there a way to create a report that shows all marketo AND non marketo leads that were generated in month/week?

It would depend on your CRM. But if you're using Salesforce, I would say yes. It's just a matter of setting up the appropriate filters within the report to make sure it catches what you're looking for.
