No options shown when right clicking a mktEditable field

Has anyone run across something like this before?

In my template, I have the following code:

 <div class="node-content">

    <div style="height:300px;"  class="mktEditable" id="matt-edit">

    &nbsp;

    </div>  </div>

When I create a landing page from the template, and then try to go in to edit the content of that <div>, no "edit" choice comes up.  The screenshot below illustrates what I see when I right click or try clicking the gear.  On other pages with editable fields, this is where "edit" or Delete

Any ideas?

I have seen this before. I can't remember the cause off the top of my head but It's almost certainly something in the template. If you haven't done so already please log a support case with more details.

We are having the same issue. Has anyone been able to resolve this? When we click on the gear, it's just an empty white box.
