No Acquisition Program List Question

If a lead is on the No Acquisition Program List and not in the All People list will the not show in the Smart List for an Email Program?

Jeffrey,

When you import a list and do not designate an acquisition program, none is recorded. All members of list imports will be included in the Lead Database's "All People" list. If you were to build a smart list and use the filter "Acquisition Program", the members of this list import will not be included. Does this answer your question?
