New Service dropdown missing "Custom" option

I am trying to setup a REST API Service to talk to our Marketo Instance. Followed the docs provided at http://developers.marketo.com/blog/quick-start-guide-for-marketo-rest-api/  but hit a roadblock because I cannot setup a new service with the type as "Custom"

Any pointers on what might be missing ?

This feature isn't part of every subscription.  If you're not seeing it, then it may not have been provisioned for your instance, and you'd want to talk you account manager about getting that added.

Thanks for the quick response! I was guessing it could be something like that. Will look into it.
