New SDFC fields not showing up in Marketo 24 hours later

I created some new fields in Salesforce yesterday and today, they are still not showing up in Marketo. I'm trying to create web forms using one of these fields. I've placed these fields on the Marketo layout (which is no different from the User layouts), made them viewable and editable by all, and the Marketo profile is set to Modify all Data (per our consultant). I just read that I don't have to sync every time I create new fields. What could be the problem?

I was told to "Reset Schema" via Field Management and then officially connect or "sync" SFDC with Marketo via the Salesforce tab, but I don't know if that's your issue too.

Thanks, everyone. it turns out our intial sync didn't complete so I had to run it again. We're all set now. Thank you!

How busy is your marketo Syncing? We sometimes get delays when we have sent emails to a large number of clients and marketo has to update a lot of records or conversly a large number of changes have been made in salesforce and marketo has to sync a lot of information

I have exactly the same problem like Karen. Created utm-fields for Google AdWords but then never showed up in Marketo. A couple of days before I created a custom field "Company Revenue" and 24 hours later it was showing up. Weird...

I gave access to everyone, including Marketo. I checked again and it's editable and viewable by all.

It sounds like you have the layout level security taken care of, but what about the field level security? When you created the field, did you give access to the profile of your Marketo User?
