Munchkin Codes - Everywhere or just one page?
This is an embarrasingly simple question: Do I have to manually add the munchkin code to every page on my web site, or does Marketo and the code figure itself out once I add it to my homepage?

You need it on every page. However, on most websites there is a standard footer used on every page, so folks put Munchkin there.
