Multiple scoring models to trigger actions?

Is anyone using multiple scoring models to trigger actions? For example, trigger tele qualification if the propensity score is above 5 and the readiness score is above 6.  Would like to understand how you are setting up and optimizing the different scores.

You can definitely do that. Many people are using Demographic and Behaviorial scoring or adding special lead scoring fields for their business needs.

So you could have three threshold trigger campaigns:

1. Telequalified at 15 pts
2. Inside qualified at 30 pts
3. outside qualified at 45 pts

or whatever works for your sales model.

I have split lead score in Active and Latent. And I combine them in Total. I hooked up Total to the stars in Sales Insight and I hooked up Active to the Urgency Flames.

I also use scores to score our different solutions. This enables me to detect which solutions best fits them based on their behavior.

I also have an ambassador score to detect which people might become our ambassadors.
