Did you create the campaign's flow action by typing in {{lead.LIM1/2/3}} before creating the fields by any chance?

I looked at your campaign and it appears to not see the tokens in the Change Data Value flow step. My suggestion is to remove all the flows of the campaign and rebuild it the same way that you have listed above.

If it still doesn't work, you might need to loop in Support.

Jim, that worked.  I rebuilt the flow and the information is populating form field to field.
