Yes this has been done however it hasn't solved the problem. We've sent test emails to the sales team and since we've introduced this new smart campaign where they flowed thru the system once, it literally means that they have done exactly that. For example, when I sent the first test email, after they opened it and clicked on the links multiple times, each member of the team received one email, alerting them that a link had been clicked on. Great, it worked, however since then whenever we have sent other test emails, when they open them and click on the links (multiple times) they haven't received a single ealert since (informing them that a link has been clicked). This must be because they've already 'flowed thru' the system. Is this an issue for Marketo or for SF? I've been told by SF that this issues lies with Marketo. A a result of this issue, the sales team do not want me to any emails because they do not want to receive mutliple emails alerts that inform them when someone has clicked on a link. This issue has been going on for 2-weeks and I've no idea how to solve it. Three people in my team are fumbling and stumbling their way through the system trying to work out how to fix it. If anyone out there can help then please advise!
