We want to send a daily email the following day at 8:00 AM thanking customers for visiting our booth. We will be updating the progression statuses each day, but want the email to go out at a specific time the next day, over the course of 4 days. How do we configure our wait step? There is a cogs icon on the wait step flow action. If you click on this, you will be able to configure an advanced wait step and say something like "wait until Tuesday at 4:00PM". More information can be found here.
