MSI Error from Outlook when Email has Attachment?

Is it forbidden to add an attachment to an email sent via Outlook through Track & Send? I'm getting a "General failure" error?

Naor, you can send an email with an attachment via Outlook through Send and Track, but you may be encoutering an attachment size limit with your  Exchange Server.  If you can send it normally via Outlook, then you may need to open a case with tech support.
