MQL Report by Program/Campaign

Does anyone know how to create a RCA report to identify the number of MQLs pushed/assigned by specific programs/campaigns in Marketo and how many of those were net new versus exisiting? End goal is to identify the # of MQLs from those specific Marketing campaigns.

I tried using the MPA (Leads) report, but can't pull in progam name in the filters.

Any recommendations would be great!

Hi Michelle,

This solution should work:  

• Field A always updates with current campaign
• On MQL conversion, Field A value is copied to Field B
• Field B can not be updated once it has a value
• Report on number of MQLs by Field B

I'm not sure what I'm missing here.  Would you explain in more detail why you need custom fields for each campaign?

Hi Kelly! Unfortunately that didn't work because it required us to create custom fields each campaign. We are still investigating the solution =P

I have been trying to pull reports like this a lot lately as well.

Yes, that is exactly correct! I've created a smart campaign that tirgger off of the program revenue stage changing to MQL and then stamping a custom field with the campaign/program name. Would that work?

Michelle, are you trying to get a last touch attribution for leads reaching a revenue cycle stage of MQL?
