We have a lead that came thru as a MQL into SFDC. However when we look for a Marketing Qualified Date and reason as to why it came through we are lost. The score has decreased -35 from no activity, he did review a email back in May which is when it set a MQL date but other than a update to SFDC which we are unsure why it happened we cannot see any activity as to why suddenly it popped into the lead que?
If your MQL trigger is set to Change Score and it says At Least X, but does not also say Previous Score IS Under X, then this will happen.
this is more effective.
