Moving from a Marketo Form to a Sitefinity Form

Does anybody have experience moving from a Marketo form to a web CMS form like Sitefinity?

You shouldn't think of it as "moving," but as integrating the SiteFinity form with the Marketo Forms API. You can use any form (even a totally bespoke HTML form) as long as you submit the form data using the Forms API.

Any other method (and any other API) creates a DoS vulnerability. Naturally, you don't want this.
