move assets from sandbox to productione

Hello everyone!

I tried moving my program from sandbox to production using the import option. But the program folder is available without any of the assets inside it. 

Has this happened to anyone before and is this normal behavior? How do I tackle this?

When you say "the program folder is available without any of the assets inside it" what are you referencing?

Do you mean: 

• You don't see any programs available for import in the import tool?
• You see assets but not programs in the import tool? (this is expected - you will only see programs in the list)
• You imported the program to production but none of the assets for the program were imported? (if this is the case I would contact Marketo Support)

In that case I would contact Marketo Support and ask them to look at it.
