I am having trouble with the mobile version of my opt out page. Has anyone else run into everything aligning incorrectly?

Also, I noticed you have multiple accounts with us. Can you indicate which is your primary account by writing 'Primary' next the job title in your primary account. This helps us if we need to contact you.
