Has anyone ever seen this before? For some reason I'm missing elements on my Sales Insight section in SFDC.
What I'm seeing:
When I would expect to see this:
What happened to the actions section? Is this a new version of MSI?

If you just created the record in SFDC and it hasn't had a chance to sync down to Marketo, then the action buttons won't be available yet.
I have never seen this before, it looks like version one is getting no data whatsoever.
Does version one have access to the Marketo Object in SFDC?

You're right. I just happened to pick a lead in SFDC that we had deleted from the Marketo side because it was one of the ones that didn't have an email address.

I've had this occur as well....it seems to take 2-3 days for the two systems to sync up to each other....even though our systems are supposed to sync ever few minutes....how have others dealt with this...just wait the 2-3 days, do a manual push with some sort of "fake" activity....enter into marketo and push to SFDC?
