Member of Program Over Time

I wanted to find out how many people have been part of a program over time. I found the number of people in program currently, but I wanted to see how that's changed over time.

You can use a smart list and bring in the filter "Program Status was Changed" and select the program. Then select the constraint of "New Status" and you will see how many leads were added to that program for each time period determined by the constraint "Date of Activity".

Alternatively, you can also click on the program itself and in the top right, click "View" and select "Membership" to see a bar graph of membership totals over time.

Thank you for your response. This shows the individual contact. I would

like to see it in terms of general numbers. For example December 8th, 500

people were added. December 10th, 200 people were added.

You can adjust the "Date of Activity" constraint for the "Program Status was Changed" filter. Choose the program status that is default upon entering the program.
