Marketo updates field incorrectly after form is submitted

Hi,

We're having an issue in which after a lead enters information into a form and submits the form, Marketo updates with incorrect information for that field, namely "Backend" or "Frontend" in lieu of what the lead wrote in for "Order type." This does not happen every time—only some of the time. We checked out the issue using Mouse Flow (which allows us to view how leads interact with the page) and discovered that these leads were not entering "Backend" or "Frontend" into that field, but rather other text.

Has anyone had a similar issue or know what might be the root cause of this?

I would suggest giving Marketo Support a call to troubleshoot this issue.
