We currently use GoToWebinar and have set up databases in Marketo to record who attended and didn't attend so we can send them emails after the webinar. We have a 3rd database set up for to record any names who download/view the webinar recording on demand. The other 2 databases update with the emails, but for some reason, the 3rd database that records who watched the webinar on demand doesn't sync between GTW and Marketo.
Can anyone help as to why this is happening? Is there a bug the filters/settings not programmed correctly within the list or another step I've missed?
Right now, it states that any member of the program with a status 'download' or 'attended on demand' should be added to the list.
Any help or suggestions would be great. Right now, I have to log into GTW to view names who downloaded the recording.
