For certain engagement programs we have the email signature personalized through the use of tokens. What happens to the lead owner token once the user is deactivated in SFDC? Does the token default to "edit me" or whatever specified? or does it still pull the information from the User object in SFDC?
Yes, if the lead owner is inactive the leads will still receive emails with the inactive rep's signature if you are using tokens. You may want to ask your SFDC admin to reassign the leads that are owned by inactive owners.
