I tried to call support twice this am and got routed to Japan. Anyone else get this issue?

Thanks for letting us know. It looks like there was a change in the phone system logic, so while you didn't actually get routed to the Japan line, you did get the Japanese voicemail prompt. We've fixed that now, so it shouldn't happen again.
