The post John Clark put in is correct--we did just recently add in the answering service to address the issue you're describing. The voicemail feature should now be gone and has been transitioned over completely to our answering service 24/7 so that you can always talk to a live person when calling in.

Hey Mike, this is great. I love that Marketo is constantly working to improve its systems -- especially when they're also expanding in their customer base! I think the live chat feature will be especially helpful to minimize some of the lower level calls that techs have to field.
